This is our introductory service that allows us to evaluate your lab, equipment, safety, and operating procedures. You will receive our complete assessment within 48 hours detailing our observations and recommendations.
This is our most popular service. This review includes a initial in-person consultation of 4-6 hours in-person, a concise technical report documenting our findings, and upon approval of changes another 4-6hr in-person implementing changes and up to 2 hours of follow up support (in-person, phone, or video conference).
What to expect:
Our first visit takes about 4 hours where we evaluate the current equipment, processing times, safety procedures, batch size, quality of extract, and operator knowledge.
If no equipment additions are necessary the second half of the day is spent implementing required changes, and training your operators on live or dry runs. If equipment, approvals, and or part additions are necessary we will come back once the equipment or parts arrive.
Our standard hourly rates:
1-4 hours: 149/hr
4-12 hours: 125/hr
12+ Hours: 100/hr
